气井积液预警新方法应用技术研究

Abstract: Along with the gradual exploitation of Sudong block, proportion of gas wells with liquid loading is increasing. As a result, gas production has been lowered by more than 40 × 104m3 /d. So far, the conventional liquid measuring methods cannot forecast liquid loading. A pipe flow model-kinetic energy factor method has been set up which can predict tube liquid loading and gives graphs showing relationships between production allocation and wellbore pressure of new wells and coiled tubing wells under different kinetic energy factors. It is of significance to warn liquid loading, to establish reasonable production system, and to determine the optimum coiled tubing replacement time.

摘要: 随着苏东地区开发的逐渐深入,积液井比例逐年升高,气井积液降产超过 40×10/d。为解决现场常用积液判识方法不能预警气井积液的现状,给出了管流模型 -动能因子气井积液预警判识方法,绘制了新井与连续油管井不同动能因子下配产与井底流压关系图版,对于预警气井积液、制定合理的新井配产、确定连续油管接替时机等具有重要意义。
